Peace, yo!

My name is Kelsey Full and beginning in October 2011, I will be serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer (PCV) in Kenya. I grew up in rural West Virginia with a very close knit family. In 2010 I graduated with my bachelors of science in biology with a minor in psychology. I’ve had quite a bit of experience working with kids with intellectual disabilities and behavioral challenges. I love cooking, being outdoors, and trying new things. Sugar is my favorite food group and pink is the best color. My family means the world to me, without their support & encouragement I know that I would never be able to even consider this challenge. I care a lot about health and fitness, and love any form of live music. I hope to keep you informed and interested throughout my journey in Kenya, and I would love to hear your thoughts, questions, or comments so feel free to post or email!

Milking on the second day

This is my personal journal intended to share my experiences and thoughts while serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Kenya.
The contents of this journal, and all links appearing within this journal do not represent the positions, views or intents of the U.S. Government, or the United States Peace Corps.
That being said, I will try to keep up with it while in Kenya, so be sure to check it out frequently đŸ™‚
